I'm seeking an Agile Coach position at Software Mind, where I can use my Agile and delivery management skills to support the mission of developing impactful solutions and driving measurable business outcomes.

At Network Rail, I coordinated enterprise application delivery in a SAFe environment with a cross-functional team of 70+ members. I supported delivery from planning and requirements alignment through release readiness and ongoing delivery.

I led PI planning, sprint governance, backlog alignment, and cross-team facilitation to keep timelines on track. I also coordinated Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
