What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply quantitative analysis, GPS telematics, and requirements gathering to improve supply chain and delivery operations through measurable cost, utilization, and visibility improvements.

At talabat, I built a carrier-level cost model from 16 months of transport data, projecting approximately AED 3.5M in annual savings through a fixed-price vendor agreement. I also analyzed utilization across five delivery streams handling roughly 911 trucks per day to identify right-sizing opportunities.

I led requirements gathering across eight markets and built Fleet Tracker, a real-time GPS delivery operations platform replacing manual text-based tracking across 160 trucks, 63 stores, and four warehouses. My Electrical Engineering background supports my work with GPS telematics, APIs, data pipelines, and operational systems.
