What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my procurement, fleet operations, and data-analysis experience in a role where I can turn operational data into insights that improve supply chain performance and informed decision-making.

I'm managing fleet operations at Carasti Car Subscription, including new fleet acquisition, supplier deliveries, fleet master data, and weekly performance analysis.

I use fleet and customer data to track sales, retention, churn, returns, and idle-fleet performance, translating metrics into actionable insights for decision-making.

Previously at Ismail Industries Limited, I managed end-to-end procurement for 400+ packaging SKUs and a monthly PKR 200 Million budget. I also initiated cost-saving projects that delivered approximately PKR 78 Million in savings across 2020 and 2021.

I'm building on my procurement and supply-chain background through data analysis, statistical analysis, visualization, and predictive modeling, supported by SAP ERP, Power BI, Excel, IBM Cognos Analytics, and Google Looker Studio.
