I coordinate clients, project managers, delivery teams, and functional stakeholders across SOWs, project initiation, milestones, risks, dependencies, invoicing, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies. I also use automation and productivity tools to improve reporting, data analysis, documentation, and daily PMO operations.

Previously at Sunovatech India, I coordinated concurrent enterprise software, research system, and HRMS deployment projects, working closely with technical managers, artists, developers, and senior stakeholders. I improved workflows through structured tracking, reporting, resource coordination, and process improvements.

Across 10+ years, I've helped teams deliver through clearer dashboards, stronger timesheet compliance, proactive issue escalation, and practical project governance across technology, digital transformation, AR/VR, 3D animation, VFX, and international events.
