I’m a Certified Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Leader with over 13 years of IT experience, including 5 years leading Agile/Scrum teams. I focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching teams on Scrum practices, and partnering with Product Owners for consistent delivery.

I remove impediments quickly, resolve conflicts, and help teams mitigate risks so work flows smoothly. I also enhance predictability by tracking and analyzing Agile metrics like velocity and burndown/burn-up, then translating insights into actionable improvements.

In my most recent role, I led Agile ceremonies for two development teams—supporting sprint planning, prioritization, and cross-functional communication. Previously, I coached multiple Agile teams and improved team efficiency by implementing Agile best practices and cross-team coordination.

I bring a strong software development background that helps me collaborate effectively with engineering and stakeholders. I’ve supported impactful Agile initiatives, including improving sprint velocity by 30% through backlog refinement in a domestic help service platform and driving seamless inventory, order, and Stripe payment integration in an eCommerce project.
