What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging environment where I can resolve test-plan issues, apply analytical skills, and contribute to organizational growth.

I've worked at TCG-Digital Solutions Private Limited since 2014, testing software through the full system development lifecycle. I design and implement test plans, test cases, and test processes that support swift corrective action.

My project work includes Account Manager products for J2 Global, the Staff Travel Management System for Air Arabia Airlines, iLoveMyLocalStore, and Joovii shipping and eCommerce integrations. I've tested workflows involving virtual receptionists, airline staff ticket booking, local-store deals, and shipping carrier integrations.

I bring hands-on experience in SQA methodologies, functional and regression testing, database and API testing, user-acceptance testing, and defect tracking in Jira. I also have knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server.
