@amongesinxoto
I build clear, compelling narratives across communications, media, and social impact.
What I'm looking for
I co-founded Blackboard Africa, where I use storytelling and strategic communications to help shape how Africa sees itself and is seen by the world.
My work spans digital brand development, social media, stakeholder relations, donor engagement, customer messaging, and visual storytelling across film, television, and print. I also write children’s books that make complex ideas feel simple, human, and accessible.
In screen production, I supervised departments on Mzansi Magic’s Levels Mzanzi and the feature film Uhlanjululo (Laundry), leading teams of seven and five respectively. I managed expenditure reconciliation, reporting, script tracking, continuity, styling, and costume coordination while supporting directors’ and costume designers’ creative visions.
I’m a published author, youth activist, social entrepreneur, and Mandela Washington Fellowship alumnus. I’ve shared my voice on platforms including Google, Facebook, and TEDx, and I bring a practice of turning layered ideas and systems into narratives that connect across audiences.
