I’m an experienced social impact and Monitoring & Evaluation professional with 8 years of total experience, including the last 4 years in grassroots execution within the NGO and skill development space. I’ve recently formalized my practical work by becoming a Certified Social Impact Assessor (NISM Series XXIII) and a registered member of the Institute of Social Auditors of India (ISAI), and my Electronics Engineering background plus an MBA helps me bring data-driven logic to management strategy and community-impact tracking.

In my recent roles, I’ve combined execution with pre-audit rigor—at LokPanchayat, I led corporate partnerships and CSR proposal development to raise ₹55 Lakhs, and I managed internal M&E documentation to ensure field data was organized and verified before donor reporting and assessments. Earlier at Anudip Foundation, I drove community and student mobilization for program enrollment, evaluated training effectiveness, tracked student learning data, and reported progress back to internal management. I’m now focused on building my formal auditing skills under expert guidance while delivering immediate value to an assessment team.
