At Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I advise state governments and philanthropic foundations on strategy, programme design, and systems change. I’ve analysed school assessment data covering 65,000 schools in Rajasthan and helped shape education programmes across several states.
For the Lighthouse Schools Programme in Madhya Pradesh, I led the design of a model for 300 government schools, spanning infrastructure, curriculum, vocational skills, and student facilities. I also introduced vocational courses for students from marginalised communities and coordinated with government departments on student welfare.
At Sattva Consulting, I led multi-partner programmes in skills, livelihoods, and education. I built a consortium from scratch for the Life Skills Collaborative and managed training delivery across 18 locations for a construction worker micro-entrepreneurship programme.
