What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a software development organization where I can lead agile delivery as a Scrum Master/Project Manager—running ceremonies, removing blockers, and improving cycle time with strong technical ownership and clear communication.

I’m a Certified Scrum Master with strong analytical and communication skills, plus Azure 900 certification. I combine agile delivery with hands-on engineering strengths across Java, C#, Unix, and SQL.

For the past 6 years, I’ve worked as a Scrum Master on an internal communication portal built on Azure, TypeScript, Python, and SQL Server 2022. I run scrum ceremonies, translate inputs from Product Owner/Product Analysts into issues/stories, and maintain GitLab hygiene to minimize cycle time and spill overs.

Previously, I worked extensively on Regulatory reporting in the BFS domain through MiTRE (Market in TRADE REPORTING ENGINE). I contributed to trade validation/enrichment, MIS reporting from Sybase (VB for MS Excel), reconciliations, and the MiTRE-to-EXMAN exception workflow to enable corrective actions and reduce production issues.

Earlier roles included team leadership in Discover Payment Gateways and engineering work across CAD integration with Enovia and a VOIP application with SIP/RTP. I bring a delivery mindset rooted in accountability—recognized by a best innovative project award and appreciation for reducing Indent Request (IR) backlog.
