At P.S. Constructions, I coordinated delivery across hospitality, institutional, residential, commercial and industrial building projects. My work covered design coordination, procurement, construction, handover and occupancy.
For hospitality projects, I coordinated refurbishment work at Express Inn, subcontract packages for The Smoked Vine at Radisson Blu alongside the appointed interior design team, and full civil scope for Sai Palace. I also coordinated architects, interior designers and MEP consultants, reviewing submissions for completeness and buildability.
I prepared quantity take-offs and rate build-ups from architectural, structural and MEP drawings, then compared subcontractor and supplier proposals against those internal benchmarks. I prepared work orders, purchase orders and scope documentation, and tracked budgets, committed costs and client payment milestones.
At Ray Engineering Pvt Ltd, I monitored progress and contractor performance and verified quality across site activities. I caught a curing defect on a precast pedestal before erection, escalated it, and drove a redesign to twice the original strength specification.
