At Azizi Development, I lead a team delivering 11 residential and commercial buildings at Riviera Phase-IV, Maydan-1. We’re ahead of schedule and within budget, with value engineering and planning contributing 5% cost savings.

As Project Director for Federal Employees Benevolent and Group Insurance Funds, Establishment Division, I was responsible for ongoing projects across Pakistan. I monitored project financials and milestones, implemented change control procedures, and prepared PC-II and feasibility studies for upcoming projects.

At KEO International Consultants, I worked across projects including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, DAMAC Akoya Oxygen, and Rolex Tower. My work included construction supervision, design and contract management, and project close-out and handover.

I began my career in civil engineering and construction planning, including site inspection work at International City and planning for 14 multi-storied buildings in Peshawar. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and am a PMP Certified Project Management Professional and a Professional Engineer.
