Amith Ghatty

I’m a compassionate, approachable professional with a background in client support, guidance, and problem-solving, now focused on student counselling in wellness and counselling. I build trust quickly through listening with empathy and offering thoughtful guidance aligned to each individual’s needs.

In my earlier roles, I worked as a Teaching trainer and event organizer at Creyalearning, coordinating training sessions, assisting facilitators, and supporting learning and development programs. I developed creative strategies and managed day-to-day program and event coordination while adapting content to diverse learning styles.

As a Co-Founder at ARInteriors, I managed end-to-end operations including workforce coordination, scheduling, and performance follow-ups. I served as a people point-of-contact for teams, vendors, and clients, maintaining documentation, records, budgets, and agreements, and supporting onboarding and daily task coordination—delivering 145% ROI through efficient people and process management.

I bring a calm, people-first approach and a genuine commitment to helping individuals grow, flow, and move forward with clarity and confidence. I’m now eager to bring that same empathy and structure into student wellness and counselling work.
