What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in People and Operations, bringing structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and conflict-resilient processes to team workflows. I want to build systems that make complex information usable, measurable, and inclusive.

I’m a Psychology and English graduate with hands-on experience in people operations, cross-functional coordination, and process design. I’ve managed recruitment and grievance resolution for a 50-member team, translating behavioral insights into calmer, more productive workflows.

In operations and advisory roles, I work closely with founders and stakeholders to build client-facing documentation from the ground up—program guides, eligibility criteria, and opportunity databases—using instructional-design principles to make complex information usable and verified. I also design inclusive training workshops, guided by a consistent approach of understanding stakeholder needs before building systems around them.

Alongside my operations focus, I’ve executed data-driven content work (100+ blogs and 50+ product pages) and supported shelter operations through standardized reporting protocols. I’m certified in Organizational Behaviour (IIT Hyderabad/IIT Madras) and enjoy structured problem-solving, active listening, and turning ambiguity into repeatable processes.
