What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated, detail-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience in international recruitment, client acquisition, and internal HR operations. I focus on delivering high-quality talent solutions while building strong, long-term relationships.
In my recent role as an International Recruiter (US), I source and attract candidates globally using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking techniques. I screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit, then manage end-to-end recruitment through interview coordination and offer negotiation.
I also contribute to client growth as a client acquisition specialist—identifying and generating new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital marketing channels. I build and maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and support the sales cycle with lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
From an internal HR perspective, I manage recruitment processes, conduct and schedule interviews, and handle onboarding and documentation of new hires. I’m committed to ensuring compliance with international hiring standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and tracking recruitment metrics to improve performance.
