Amisha Kshetrapal
@amishakshetrapal
Health service and procurement analyst using data analytics to improve service performance.
What I'm looking for
I’m an emerging Sourcing and Procurement Analyst and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Service Management. I bring a data-driven mindset shaped by public health work and analytics-focused internships, always aiming to make decisions clearer, faster, and more measurable.
At United Health Group, I execute cross-functional analysis with category managers and specialty teams to reduce aging procurement request timelines—bringing an SLA from 180 days to 90 days. I also design and implement an NPS survey using Customer Voice to assess performance of five Corporate Service teams, analyze supplier risk hierarchies through risk questionnaires, and build procurement dashboards in ThoughtSpot to visualize vendor request organization and yearly spend.
Earlier, as a Public Health Project Coordinator with Americorps for Ramsey County Mental Health Department, I conducted utilization reviews and coordinated events for 150+ community members, while identifying trends (including racial/family history) to support patient discharge decisions. During my Enterprise Shared Services internship at Optum, I analyzed issue submissions in EnterpriseNow to surface trends across root cause, corrective action, and descriptions, strengthening operational insight through Microsoft Excel and systems-based problem identification.
