What I'm looking for

Je recherche un rôle de coordination administrative ou opérationnelle où je peux structurer les processus, créer des outils de suivi, soutenir plusieurs intervenants et contribuer concrètement à l'amélioration des façons de faire.

Je contribue depuis 2023 au Syndicat Québécois de la Construction, où je participe à structurer un nouveau département SST, crée des outils de suivi et coordonne des formations obligatoires pour des groupes de travailleurs.

Mon parcours couvre aussi le recrutement chez Groupe RP, la comptabilité et la paie chez Escient inc., ainsi que les opérations et relations clients. J'aime organiser les processus, soutenir les intervenants et proposer des améliorations concrètes dans des environnements autonomes.
