I'm seeking data analytics or BI roles across Austria and the EU.

At Nestlé Business Services (NBS) Cairo, I automated a statutory payroll report with Power Query, cutting preparation time by over 50%. I also executed full-cycle monthly payroll for a 3,000+ employee workforce using SAP HR/Payroll.

At Mico World, I analyze customer service and quality data, monitor performance KPIs, and investigate recurring issues. I developed a quality-control sampling framework that reduced review volume by more than half after identifying the core quality issue.

Through individual performance monitoring at Mico World, I raised quality KPI scores from 68% to 94–95% on average for five of six monitored agents, and built a personalized development plan for the remaining agent.
