What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered clinical role where I can lead TPN/chemotherapy programs, apply evidence-based medication management, and contribute to quality improvement and teaching in a collaborative healthcare environment.

I am a clinical pharmacist with hands-on hospital experience delivering medication therapy management, clinical decision-making, and patient care coordination. I lead evidence-based interventions, have worked on TPN and chemotherapy-related programs, and have driven quality assurance and healthcare compliance initiatives.

I hold a Pharm-D and am completing a Masters in Pharmacy, am a registered pharmacist in KPK since 2019, and have experience as a lecturer and trainee pharmacist. I have run research and formulation projects and am committed to championing patient wellness and adherence to therapy.
