I've supported medication dispensing, patient counseling, adverse drug reaction documentation, and controlled-drug inventory at THQ Hospital Dunyapur and Mujahid Hospital Faisalabad.

Through clinical research training at CliniWings, I gained practical exposure to ICSR processing, pharmacovigilance workflows, adverse-event reporting, CRF design, eCRF validation, ICH-GCP, and regulatory documentation. I've also published work on pharmacists' roles in antimicrobial stewardship and a molecular review of oxidative stress and antioxidant defense mechanisms.

My experience at Axis Pharmaceutical and City Pharmacy strengthened my understanding of GMP, batch documentation, process validation, retail pharmacy operations, inventory management, and regulatory requirements. I'm eager to apply evidence-based, patient-centered pharmacy practice in hospital, research, or pharmaceutical settings.
