I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end IT hiring across technical domains, leverage ATS/CRM reporting and recruitment metrics, and partner closely with clients to deliver faster placements in a collaborative, growth-focused team.

I’m a highly motivated recruiter with a proven track record of identifying top talent and successfully matching candidates to positions. I specialize in end-to-end hiring, from requirement gathering through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

In my current role as a Senior IT Recruiter, I focus on permanent hiring and contract-to-hire (C2H) roles across Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, and Data Engineering. I use diverse sourcing channels—LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri, Monster), employee referrals, and social media—to build strong candidate pipelines.

I lead technical screening interviews to assess skill sets, cultural fit, and compensation expectations. I also manage ATS data (Air Table) for accurate reporting and compliance, while tracking recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, submittal-to-interview ratio, and placement success rate.

Before moving deeper into IT recruitment, I worked in international sales as a National Accounts Manager, handling customer relationships, cold calling, and sales target delivery for the U.S. market. I bring that same relationship-building mindset to hiring—mentoring junior recruiters, partnering with team leads on talent mapping, and ensuring smooth onboarding for retention and successful conversion.
