What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business analysis for digital transformation and modernization initiatives, partnering with stakeholders and Agile delivery teams to turn complex processes into scalable, customer-focused solutions.

I'm supporting HSBC's banking modernization programme at Globant, leading end-to-end analysis across 10+ business functions. I map legacy processes, define migration objectives, and perform gap analysis to reduce business and operational risk.

I work with Product Owners, Retail Banking, Operations, First Direct, CIIOM, UX/UI teams, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into approved Epics, Features, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Acceptance Criteria in Jira.

Previously at Accenture, I delivered healthcare website and RPA process automation initiatives, partnering with US stakeholders and development teams on scope, prioritization, user stories, process design documents, and Agile delivery.

I've also helped build ERP, e-commerce, and POS systems for a US food and beverage company, producing BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, traceability matrices, and test scenarios. Across banking, healthcare, retail, and automation, I bring 7+ years of experience translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions.
