What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute effectively to an organization while continuing to develop professionally.

At Kaizoku Realm, I manage stock and keep the store clean, organized, and attractive. I also support sales targets by implementing strategies to increase revenue and help customers have an excellent shopping experience.

Previously, I managed guest bookings and reservations at Land Star Hotel, answered and transferred calls, and responded to guest questions and requests. I also supported administrative and clerical tasks.

At Dana Hotel, I answered customer questions, assisted with orders, prepared takeaway orders, and received payments. I hold a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from Kampala International University (KIU).
