What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a QA or technical support role where I can test mobile and hardware-integrated products, improve release quality, document issues clearly, and collaborate closely with development teams in an Agile environment.

At ClarityRFID, I test Android-based RFID handheld devices from Zebra, Bluebird, and Samsung, running manual functional, regression, and smoke testing for the Clarity Store handheld app and website. I reproduce defects, validate fixes across device models and OS versions, and use Swagger and basic SQL checks to confirm API and backend impact.

I've also led quality operations at Optum Services and provided Tier-2 and Tier-3 support for Vivify Health, Tyler Technologies, Apple customers, and client-facing support teams. I bring hands-on experience with Jira, Agile release cycles, remote troubleshooting, technical documentation, mobile devices, and hardware-integrated products.
