Amber Phillips

@amberphillips

I provide perinatal genetic counseling, education, and clinical research support.

United States
Message

I've provided genetic counseling at the Maternal Fetal Diagnostic Center since 2010, supporting patients facing ultrasound abnormalities, genetic conditions, carrier screening, pregnancy risks, and abnormal newborn screening results.

I also deliver telehealth consultations across pharmacogenomics, cancer, and cardiology, and have reviewed testing cases for appropriateness. I train University of Utah genetic counseling students, co-direct a perinatal genetics course, supervise clinics, mentor learners, and serve as faculty for the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship.

I've contributed to clinical research and patient education and co-authored Foundations of Perinatal Genetic Counseling.
