What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to contribute to biomedical or clinical research and patient-centered healthcare, especially work advancing health equity, improving access to care, and strengthening my research, data analysis, and clinical skills.

I've conducted genetics, child development, neuroscience, and thyroid cancer outcomes research at the University of Houston and Cleveland Clinic. My work spans D. melanogaster genotype-to-phenotype analysis, a 10-year educational assessment dataset, Alzheimer's drug-delivery literature, and SEER-based thyroid carcinoma outcomes research.

At Cleveland Clinic, I collaborated on examining how gender, race, income, and geography influence thyroid cancer survival, deepening my understanding of cancer epidemiology, healthcare disparities, and social determinants of health.

I've also supported patients in high-volume retail and inpatient pharmacy settings, resolving insurance barriers, managing prescription workflows, training colleagues, and specializing in sterile IV compounding. In clinical settings, I've triaged patients, recorded vital signs, supported medication refills and injections, and observed complex surgical care from pre-op through ICU rounds.

My community work has reinforced my commitment to health equity, accessible screening, youth wellbeing, and patient-centered care. I bring laboratory discipline, data interpretation, scientific communication, and experience working across multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
