I’m looking for a global operations and strategy role where I can drive AI-enabled process transformation, build scalable systems, and turn research into executive-ready, revenue-generating solutions—whether hands-on or as a strategic advisor.

I’m an operations and strategy leader with 10+ years of experience spanning business operations, research, partnerships, and AI-enabled process transformation across real estate, education, and professional training. I build scalable systems from scratch, lead cross-functional teams, and translate market insight into revenue-generating products and client solutions.

As Chief Operating Officer at FAEI (KPI Institute), I’ve scaled operations across 25 enablement labs by integrating governance, R&D, and product development. I also led AI-assisted automation of reporting and proposal workflows, cutting manual reporting time by 70% and accelerating large-scale B2B submissions, while owning end-to-end bids and go-to-market strategy.

Previously, as Head of Research at FAEI, I designed and developed the organization’s AI Enablement Framework and aligned 30+ projects to strategic objectives through governance and portfolio management.
