I’m a detail-oriented Data Analyst focused on turning large, messy datasets into accurate, actionable insights. At NielsenIQ, I analyze and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency, and I prepare reports that support strategic business decisions.

I partner with R&D teams to improve operational efficiency by identifying inconsistencies, running quality checks, and surfacing data issues early. I’m proactive about process improvement—using analytical findings to help teams operate more smoothly and make better decisions.

Before my current role, I worked as a Back Office Executive & Customer Support representative at Balaji Services (Sony Authorized Service Centre). I managed customer service records, maintained documentation, and produced daily operational reports using Excel while coordinating across departments and resolving customer queries.
