What I'm looking for

I'm targeting AWS Cloud Engineer and Cloud Support Engineer roles where I can support reliable cloud infrastructure, monitoring, incident response, security, and cost-aware operations.

I've monitored AWS-based production servers at Zarthi, identifying incidents, escalating them with context, and supporting high availability through 24/7 NOC operations.

I use EC2, S3, IAM, VPC subnets, Security Groups, Site24x7, and CloudWatch alarms to troubleshoot infrastructure, track performance, and perform security checks. I also automated internal ITSM workflows at Bangmetric using ServiceNow Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Glide APIs.

I built a secure AWS three-tier architecture using VPC, ALB, Auto Scaling, RDS, S3, IAM, Security Groups, and Network ACLs, with private database deployment and least-privilege access controls.
