I’m an AWS Cloud Engineer and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner with 4+ years of experience in AWS cloud operations, service management, and stakeholder coordination. I focus on keeping services compliant, stable, and responsive—especially under SLA commitments.

In my roles at Capgemini, I supported AWS cloud operations while ensuring SLA adherence, process compliance, and timely issue resolution. I managed core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, Auto Scaling, and CloudFront, validating operational data and configurations for accuracy and audit readiness.

I’m strong in operational reporting, data validation, incident management, reconciliation support, and knowledge-base documentation. I generated operational reports and dashboards for performance tracking, maintained SOPs/runbooks, and coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and manage service requests.

Through projects like CACHEMIRE and CONA, I’ve supported production and non-production operations, handled deployment/troubleshooting activities, and executed Terraform-based package installations. I also worked on operational readiness tasks such as A2R (Application to Run) checks, SSL certificate renewals, software upgrades, and stakeholder communication.
