What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can run operations end-to-end, build strong client relationships, and drive growth through digital strategy—within a collaborative, results-driven environment.

I’m a results-driven Operations Leader with over 12 years of experience across design, construction, branding, and digital strategy within the Latobak Group. I currently serve as Head of Operations at Spaceikon, where I lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-impact projects.

In my day-to-day, I oversee operational workflows for a brand architecture and design firm—coordinating on-site and remote teams and interfacing directly with clients to keep projects aligned from concept to completion. I also drive visibility through social media strategy and digital ad campaigns.

I’m hands-on with client acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management, handling queries, proposals, and issue resolution to protect satisfaction and accelerate business growth. I also manage HR and administrative functions including hiring, intern mentoring, performance management, and staff development.

Previously, I managed backend operations at an online print-hub, overseeing product catalog management, payment channel and pricing updates, and digital marketing that supported sales and engagement. Across my career, I’ve combined operations discipline with client service—supported by a background in Business Administration and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering.
