What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to leverage my mental health expertise while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

With over 20 years of experience in mental health and behavioral coaching, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve personal growth and manage stress effectively. My journey began with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Biology, followed by an MA in Forensic Psychology, where I graduated with honors. I have worked in various capacities, including as a Senior Primary Therapist and a Senior Case Manager, where I honed my skills in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.

Currently, I serve as a Behavioral Coach at AbleTo, where I conduct telephone and video sessions to guide participants in their personal goal development. My expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allows me to provide tailored support, ensuring that each participant receives the guidance they need. I am passionate about fostering a supportive environment and collaborating with other professionals to enhance the well-being of my clients.
