I’m a results-driven Project Manager and Digital Content Leader with 8+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in SaaS and EdTech environments. I focus on end-to-end digital content lifecycles, CMS workflow optimization, and driving speed to market.

At Lexia English, I owned delivery of 105 Core5 Skill Check units, managed 116+ high-volume content updates across 41 units, and consistently met on-time releases with “zero error releases.” I aligned Creative, CMS, and Development teams to resolve blockers, improved delivery time through cross-functional agile investigations, and led a “CMS image governance transformation.”

I also led a Content Modularization initiative that influenced product strategy and supported next-generation platform architecture decisions. Across digital and print workflows, I ensured alignment across internal and external stakeholders as the Project Manager.

Earlier, I supported Rosetta Stone English launch by onboarding and managing 2,100+ users across 14 sites, building DE&I content review workflows that audited 16 product levels, and eliminating version control inefficiencies that caused recurring operational bottlenecks. My work across onboarding and communication frameworks for 14 program sites strengthened stakeholder engagement and improved program scalability.
