What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a barista, beverage development, or F&B operations role where I can build drink menus, improve production standards, plan with real data, and lead a bar team.

I've built beverage menus, costed recipes, and created production standards for Doji.co and Kolona.jogja.

As Head Barista at Kolona.jogja, I lead the bar team by creating schedules and production plans while managing menu and operational work through ESB.

Previously at Couvee.idn, I spent five years producing coffee with espresso and manual-brew methods, supporting purchasing and production, and handling cash, debit, and credit transactions through Moka POS.

I bring hands-on coffee, mixology, planning, and problem-solving experience, with additional creative interests in drawing and music.
