I'm a supply chain engineer based in Casablanca, Morocco, with a background in industrial and logistics engineering (State Engineering Degree, ENSET Mohammedia) and hands-on experience across the aerospace sector.

My career started with an internship at Agro Juice Processing, where I automated inventory tracking with Excel/VBA — building alert systems for critical stock thresholds and automating purchase order generation. That early exposure to turning manual, error-prone processes into reliable automated systems shaped how I approach supply chain work ever since.

During my final-year engineering internship at Capgemini Engineering, I worked on a parts management system for STELLANTIS, automating planning and workload calculations, which improved project robustness by 45% and cut downtime by 60%. I also built my first Power BI dashboards there, which became a core skill I've carried into every role since.

I then moved into a client-facing role as Account Manager at Figeac Aero, managing a portfolio of major aerospace clients (SAE, Ratier, Bombardier, Safran Landing Systems, SPIRIT, among others). I owned orders end-to-end — from entry to final delivery — ran weekly client meetings, and coordinated daily with Planning, Production, and Quality teams to keep on-time delivery on track. This is where I really developed my cross-functional coordination and client communication skills.

Since December 2025, I've been working as a Supply Chain Engineer / Consultant for Airbus Helicopters through Capgemini Engineering. I manage a portfolio of major aerospace suppliers, reviewing part data for regulatory compliance (hazardous substances, export control/ECCD, packaging conformity), and I lead supplier onboarding sessions on Airbus's digital declaration platforms — which means I'm used to explaining technical requirements clearly to non-technical audiences, a skill I think matters as much as the technical work itself.

Across these roles, I've worked hands-on with several ERP systems (ODOO, Sylob, Clipper, eSupply, AirSupply, LeanDNA) and I'm confident with Excel (including VBA) for reporting and automation.

What I'm looking for now: a remote or hybrid supply chain role — ideally one where I can keep applying this mix of supplier management, compliance/reporting rigor, and data-driven tools, while continuing to grow toward more team leadership responsibility. I'm equally comfortable in aerospace-specific environments or broader supply chain/operations roles, and I enjoy working with international, distributed teams — I'm bilingual in French and English (C1 Advanced), and fluent in Arabic.

Outside of core supply chain work, I'm interested in continuous improvement and process automation more generally — I like finding the manual, repetitive part of a workflow and figuring out how to make it disappear.
