I've taken mechanical systems from concept through production for freelance clients and Fusie Engineers, delivering production-ready designs for sheet metal parts, brackets, vehicle accessories, mechanisms, and assemblies.
I create 3D CAD models, manufacturing and assembly drawings, STEP and DWG files, and BOMs. My work applies DFM/DFA principles and engineering calculations to select components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, linear guides, and actuators.
I've also supported offshore and onshore structural projects, monitored equipment installation at the National Institute of Ocean Technology, and designed a prototype mind-controlled wheelchair using EEG-based control inputs.
