What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my product development, CAD, and manufacturing support experience to material handling, conveyor, and warehouse automation systems, while leading cross-functional design and build activities from concept through launch.

I've led end-to-end development of vacuum cleaners, air movers, and car vacs at Emerson Innovation Center, taking products from concept ideation through CAD design, detailed drawings, material selection, prototyping, UL-standard testing, and market launch.

I use Siemens NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, Teamcenter, and Oracle to create and manage product designs, BOMs, and ECRs. My work includes GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DFMEA, tooling feasibility, cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and manufacturable plastic-part design.

At Valay Controls, I lead assembly technicians and design engineers, improve workflows, and keep design and build work aligned to project timelines. I'm looking to bring my mechanical design and CAD depth to material handling, conveyor, and warehouse automation systems.
