At Raf le AI, I served as technical lead for frontend on the customer-facing admin platform, guiding its technical direction and maintaining it with React, TypeScript, and Redux Toolkit. I implemented two-factor login and built an analytics dashboard that gives customers insight into their AI tool usage.
I also redesigned and refactored the feature module, introducing a scalable plan and tier system that replaced long per-customer feature lists and reduced technical debt. The admin app is the primary touchpoint for more than 300 customer businesses.
At Crunchorder, I transitioned frontend development in-house and developed a scalable React and TypeScript platform based on a modular design system. I also mentored developers and collaborated with a designer as the platform grew to process over half a million transactions annually.
