Architected automated Jira workflows and tracking frameworks for per-ticket engineering cost calculation and monthly financial reporting. Built a greenfield Jira goal-tracking framework, engineered business unit roadmaps, and deployed automated throughput monitoring and alert systems.

Established end-to-end release management and governance frameworks across multiple organizations, including standardized fix versioning, release calendars, and go/no-go gatekeeping. Implemented a six-week delivery cycle framework and architected a highly customized enterprise Jira instance.

Synthesized complex project data and technical metrics into executive-level updates for senior leadership. Drove process engineering initiatives to modernize release management practices and instill delivery best practices across scale engineering teams.
