Apart from my Project Management expertise, I have extensive knowledge of both development and design techniques and workflows.
Self motivated and Highly skilled in analysing project goals, coordinating with cross-functional team members to formulate solutions, project plans and timeline and building and sustaining client relationships.
I also excel at giving meaningful direct contributions to the project team. Some examples include: creating/contributing to design systems, debugging, going through documentations to find solutions, etc.
Being a naturally curious person, I like to tinker and love improving my day to day responsibilities and would often self-initiate improvements based on my or the team’s pain points. Additionally, I have a talent for quickly mastering anything technology related.
Some highlights of my career so far:
▶️ Improved the overall synergy between developers, designers and other cross-functional team members by mediating discussions so designs are realistically developable within the given timeframe while still having a design edge and achieving the overall project goal. This has drastically decreased inter team conflict, time spent on QA and boosted the overall team happiness
▶️ Delivered more than 15 high value projects in which all projects received highly positive feedback from the clients upon completion
▶️ Championed the implementation of design systems to every product project that the agency executed. This resulted in designs that are consistent and are more efficient to develop while still retaining the overall design look and feel of the project
▶️ Managed a portfolio of 20+ clients, providing them with various services such as Large product/website projects and Business as Usual monthly retainer
