At Power Haul LLC, I monitor active shipments, track driver locations, and maintain accurate ETAs. I coordinate updates with drivers, brokers, and operations teams.
I investigate delays, missed appointments, and tracking issues, following up with the relevant parties until resolution. I also review shipping documents and flag discrepancies that need clarification.
Before Power Haul LLC, I recruited CDL truck drivers at Linestar Group and worked as a Manager at EMPIRE LC in Malaysia. I’m studying IB in Logistics at UCSI University.
