At Valtech Solutions, I served as the Suite Projects Pro subject matter expert for revenue process improvements, working with finance, delivery, and system stakeholders on requirements, functional design documents, and implementation support. I also contributed to designing and testing a uniform segregation of duties across nine countries.
I led UAT and regression testing for workflow enhancements and new system functionality across nine countries, and developed learning materials and delivered training on redesigned revenue workflows across four countries. Earlier, I improved Suite Projects Pro project setup with a Project Setup Request template and built financial models at Heartland Payment Systems to assess credit card processing deals.
