At Tesco, I've built a Major Incident Management practice from zero across on-premise, hybrid, AWS, and Azure platforms, cutting MTTR by 35%, improving proactive detection by 40%, and sustaining 99.95%+ availability.

I've commanded 10–15 P1/P2 incidents each month as the sole Incident Commander and SPOC, directing engineering and vendor responders through high-stakes service restoration. I also report executive MIM KPIs, chair ECAB, validate DR runbooks, and mentor incident managers to independent command readiness.

Previously, I founded Shell's Operational Command Centre through Accenture, creating its SOPs, escalation frameworks, contact matrices, and proactive RPA/ITPA alerting. My command work across Shell’s supplier towers supported its global managed-services contract renewal.

Across IBM, Broadridge, and banking and capital-markets operations including NASDAQ Dubai, I've led incident, recovery, problem, and compliance governance for critical platforms. I use blameless PIRs, RCA, CAPA, KEDB, and clear executive communication to prevent recurrence and keep regulated services resilient.
