I’m a junior Business/Systems Analyst with hands-on experience supporting customer-facing digital product flows in insurance and fintech banking environments. I translate business rules into structured requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows so delivery teams can build confidently.

At Andersen Lab, I contributed to travel policy creation, cancellation, add-on management, and save-quote journeys—working through edge cases, validation logic, error states, and sensitive customer actions. I improved development readiness by writing micro-frontend flow requirements and by using Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, and JSON-based API documentation to clarify request/response behavior, validation rules, and system outcomes.

I also focused on alignment and traceability across the lifecycle by maintaining Jira and Confluence documentation, supporting stakeholder communication, and validating implemented functionality against documented expectations. With UAT support experience and SQL basics for AS-IS/TO-BE ERD diagram preparation, I help teams reduce ambiguity, close requirement gaps early, and deliver user-friendly, secure financial experiences.
