What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help build safe, welcoming online communities through clear policies, consistent enforcement, evidence-based decisions, and collaborative moderation operations.

I've helped oversee daily operations for an online community of more than 20,000 members, keeping it friendly, welcoming, and safe.

I developed moderation policies and guidelines that improved consistency across the team. I also implemented reporting channels, moderation logs, deleted-message logs, and staff workflows to support clear, evidence-based decisions.

I review edge-case decisions, advise on policy interpretation, and communicate moderation outcomes and updates clearly and professionally.

I've collaborated with staff to strengthen community safety, including measures designed to reduce ban evasion through alternate accounts.
