What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a trust-and-safety or investigations role where I can leverage technology and compliance to enhance safety, productivity, and communication—partnering with legal, training, software, and executives to build reliable tools, policies, and mitigations.

I’m a dedicated, versatile information technology professional, currently working in Trust and Safety Compliance and Child Safety. I enforce policies for customer and client-facing programs and products, maintain public relations for a leading technology and entertainment company, and help protect employee safety and satisfaction through careful moderation, investigations, and evidence-based escalations to legal and executive teams.

Across my roles, I translate complex risk into clear actions: I interpret threat reports, assess incident veracity and threat levels, implement mitigating actions, and audit accounts for compliance with policies and security. Previously, I delivered technical support in customer-facing environments, and as an IT Consultant I improved device and data security through disk encryption, backup and recovery planning, and data governance policies—grounded by my Psychology background and a minor in Computer Science.
