Alondra Morales
@alondramorales1
Bilingual school counselor focused on trauma-informed, culturally responsive support that improves attendance, academics, and student wellbeing.
What I'm looking for
I’m a bilingual school counselor (PPS, CWA) with graduate-level training and hands-on experience supporting students across K–12, community college, and university settings. I help learners stabilize, reconnect, and succeed through trauma-informed, culturally responsive counseling that’s grounded in confidentiality, ethics, and whole-child development.
Across school and community-based programs, I deliver individual and group counseling, crisis response, and attendance interventions, while partnering with families, teachers, SARB teams, and Child Welfare & Attendance to build and monitor targeted support plans. I also support academic progress through advising, transcript and graduation requirement review, and guided pathways like TAG/ADT to remove barriers to enrollment and persistence.
In roles such as Transfer Center Assistant and Student Program Advisor, I’ve strengthened student access through workshops, college fairs, outreach, and data-informed program evaluation. Whether facilitating small-group interventions for chronically absent students or coordinating case study analyses to recommend next steps, I’m driven by equity, student access, and measurable growth.
