Alyssa Morgan

At Santaluces Community High School, I advise more than 300 students on academic planning, graduation requirements, college admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and career pathways.

I've spent more than 11 years helping diverse high school students overcome academic, financial, and personal barriers through individualized success plans, targeted interventions, and persistence coaching. I coach students through college applications, FAFSA completion, enrollment, and the transition to postsecondary education.

Previously at Forest Hill Community High School, I provided individual and group counseling, led School-Based Team interventions, supported Section 504 planning, and coached PBIS. I also served students in AICE and AVID programs while advocating for families experiencing homelessness and other hardships.

I'm committed to expanding college access, persistence, and graduation outcomes for first-generation and underserved students through trusting relationships, data-informed planning, and family and community collaboration.
