I seek a senior leadership role combining real estate strategy and employee relations where I can scale risk assessment programs, lead cross-functional teams, drive compliance, and develop talent in a collaborative, growth-focused organization.

I lead Amazon’s first Employee Relations Real Estate team, driving risk assessments and real estate strategy across North America and Canada. I design tools and processes to scale risk mitigation and train teams on real estate-specific employee relations matters.

Previously, I served as Associate Vice President and Senior Counsel at The LiRo Group, designated lead counsel for a $1.7B disaster recovery program and Governor’s Island projects, and promoted within 12 months for measurable impact. I also supported executive leadership at Battery Park City, contributing to initiatives that helped generate $110M+ in revenues.
