I’m an inquisitive software developer with 5 Years of experience in Java and Python, focused on packaged application delivery and operational reliability. At Accenture, I supported multiple releases and major business-critical activities, ensuring issues were identified early and resolved effectively.

In my current role as PackagedApp Development Senior Analyst (2023 - Current), I identified bugs in critical order and manifest journeys and worked on temporary and permanent fixes using Java. I also manage RPA/Blue Prism systems, proactively addressing multiple challenges or failures through investigation and solution incorporation.

I’ve handled important migrations, including “Sterling Kubernetes pods to Jobs” and successful migration work from “Sterling V9 scripts and jobs to Sterling V10.” I streamlined automated TWS jobs and documentation to manage failures and contingencies, and implemented Python and Shell scripts to handle scaling and FTP file workflows.

I care deeply about monitoring, visibility, and continuous improvement—configuring Splunk alerts, setting up client reports, and using tools like Splunk, Kibana, and New Relic to monitor micro-services and Sterling pods. I’ve also delivered technical training to team members and coordinated with external teams while building client-focused solutions within SLA.
